All products are sterilized with alcohol-based disinfectants due to the Covid-19 outbreak, then packaged in a protected manner and shipped to you.
When you shop on Bullment.com, your products are supplied from our warehouse and delivered to cargo. The courier company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09.00-16.00 on business days.
The shipping cost for the product you purchased is presented to you when you confirm your order and is added to the order amount within your approval. When your order arrives at your address, do not make any payment to the cargo authority.
No shipping fee is required for purchases of 75₺ or more.
Our Return and Refund Policy
In case you give up after the products have been delivered to you, our return conditions are listed below.

If you meet these conditions, you can return your products to our office by cargo. *
When your return request is approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. The delivery of the refund to your card varies depending on the internal processes of the relevant bank and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow these situations through your bank. In addition, the refund of the installment payments is made in installments as required by the bank processes.
